Workmanship - below expectations
I had purchased a bracelet from a jewelry store in the mall and were recommended to get Trident to engrave an initial on a charm.
Selected El Greco, prepaid the fee, picked up following evening. Opened at home and the flaws appeared.
Pendant/charm is scratched, engraving appears off centre and the font does not have the defined look of the provided sample!
