Awesome customer service. They came by within a day to give a quote. (When other companies never even called/responded back or took over a week to do so).

I have used Joe Skillens twice for hedge trimming, tree removal and pruning. Very polite. Very prompt. Emailed me a quote specifying the exact work and cost so everything was upfront and clear. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up all the mess. Very happy and I won't hesitate to call them for future jobs.

Not only us, but our neighbors as well appreciated the great job Joe Skillen Tree Service did trimming our cedar hedges. The estimator, the office staff, and the gentlemen that did the work were personable, willing to negotiate times, encouraged discussion with us about what our preferences were (eg height etc), and offered information on care and maintenance of the hedges all at a reasonable price. Great service good price. They were quick to get the job done. Called one day they were here the next. Crew was very efficient and did a great clean up after the 60 foot tree was down. A few days later they ground the stump with the same efficiency and clean up.

Joe Skillen and his team were very kind to me. They took the tree down safely and cleaned up after. They also went above and beyond in my case as it took forever to get the permit needed. They made calls and sent emails on my behalf. They also made it easy to pay the bill. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

From start to finish it was great. Other companies in Chilliwack weren't bothered to call, email or back. JSTS called back within minutes and kept in touch throughout. The tree cutting was quick, clean, safe and efficient. Awesome service. Thank you!!

We had 16 85 foot cotton trees right behind two four unit townhouses that are 3 stories high and the trees towered over them and Joe skillen came in and took care of them. They were extremely precise with their execution to make sure there was no damage to the buildings they are experienced experts at what they do thank you

We would definitely call Skillen for future tree work. They were prompt , had skilled and safe working workers with proper safety gear. Working in tandem with the crane truck . They cleared up our complicated tree fall in one day . The clean up was done as agreed upon.

NEED a tree-topper... me & hubby can take care of cleanup and bucking up the excess - we just need someone to top the tree. Suggestions? Many thanks! We have at least four, 100+ foot trees that need topping as they are threatening my house.
