I wish I could post with a ‘0’ Star review / The deficiencies in the home that we bought (on spec.) are unbelievable / Our front door and hallway ceiling are over 1” out of 180 deg. level, opposing walls more than 5deg. off 90deg, 4 wall mounted controls, each on 4 separate studs , the Concrete Retaining Wall in the backyard with easily visible signs of Aggregate because the Workers used a long stick instead of a Vibrator when they poured it… the list goes on / When I look at my Neighbours place across the street and see their upstairs window app. 2-3 degrees off level, I can’t believe this company is still in business / No wonder why they’re not accredited with the BBB / Don’t get me started about “Corney Les”, from Remax, the Marketing Agent at the time and the biggest liar I’ve ever met stating that “the soil needs to percolate” when I complained about a severe lack of drainage in our backyard because they didn’t excavate the clay before sprinkling about 2” of Topsoil before laying the Sod / I hope you like the lousy review, Colin, but you deserve it / “Signature Quality” is their motto but it’s more like forgery /

You built my home with 4 building code violations. Please repair it.

Our whole complex, built by Tribrink, is collapsing because so many pipes were laid improperly. Right now it looks like a disaster. Merry Christmas to the wealthy Tribrink family! Is your family safe in your home or did you lay your pipes properly?

Our Strata hired an Engineering company to find out why we were have so many water related problems, and they found that the wrong type of hose was used, it was not buried deep enough, wrong backfill was used, and were the water line came through the concrete it didn't have a sleeve.

Another unhappy payed customer funny they call you for the money you deliver your money it they won’t come Fox anything I guess coirt xase it is

Another Malloway Village home owner here. We had several small issues that were not resolved during the warranty period at all. Inpropper hardware for installations is used throughout the home, poor craftmanship from local trade subcontractor. The customer service employee just has excuses and saying your warranty is up and it is comon practice. Basically no customer service. If you think to move into the Malloway Village please do so however ask the neighbors to point out issues they experienced before the warranty is up.

They are building houses on malloway village. Mine is one of them! They are super slow!!! 2 months behind! Thats toooo long! They are blaming flood and covid! Flood had a bit to do with it but 2 months!!!???? I go weekly to check progress! None! Or very little! They got many 4-5 guys working on 10 houses needing to be built!!! Hire more guys and get on schedule!!!! Soooo disappointed ??
