We've purchased our furnace, AC and HW tank from Direct Heat. We are pleased with their knowledgeable technicians and their willingness to explain everything. Excellent communication, technicians are polite and respectful, and arrive when they say they will. Most importantly, they stand behind their products and their workmanship. We trust them and that is serious stuff for informed consumers that we try to be!!!

Our family has used J&J for chimney cleaning at our cabin for many years. We were very pleased with the recent chimney & wood stove cleaning that Levi did for us. He was on time, friendly and thorough. We will continue to call J&J for cleaning and WETT inspections.

Would highly recommend Direct Heat. We replaced our furnace and HWT and had A/C installed. Found their prices to be comparable to others, even a little less. Their installers, John, Travis, Ken and Jake were outstanding. Cleaned up everything each day, polite. Enjoyed having them in my home. Kelly in the office was a joy to deal with. I would give them all 5 stars.

Tried others. Lucky to find Direct Heat. They fixed the problem. Our neighbour had so much trouble and many different companies. We told him Direct Heat. They fixed the problem. You get what you pay for with this company, and friendly service

We would like to recommend Direct Heat to anyone in the area who needs professional, courteous, reliable service. Trevor was so particular about everything from the moment he came till he left. The oil furnace was not the problem, however getting the oil from the tank to the furnace and getting all the components replaced and cleaned was a major job. To the Management/staff of 'Direct Heat', I wish to convey my compliments to the professional and technical abilities of your employee ... 'Travis' (technician). Servicing ... He tested all components applicable to our gas fireplace, which has been giving us ignition trouble for the last 9 months. He explained the gas/igniter problem, changed out the faulty part and cleaned all interior components in a very timely manner. Cleaning of the unit and work area was impeccable. In closing, I again must commend his professional business and work ethic in satisfying and the solving of our maintenance needs to our problematic fireplace. Many Thanks and sincerest regards ... We found Direct Heat to be very knowledgeable about products available and which unit would be best suited to our needs. They arrived as scheduled and did the installation carefully and neatly. Thorough on what needed to be done for best results with the least cost to us. Neat installation and the unit works good. We recommend them !

I had a very positive experience using their services. The receptionist/office manager was extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming. The tradesmen that serviced my furnace and chimney were punctual, conscientious, polite and obviously knew their trade. can anyone reccomend someone who has decent prices to clean out duct furnaces

Is there anyone in Hope that does chimney inspections for wood burning fireplaces?
Vanessa P.: Nov. 6 th J&J Heating has openings for a certified Chimney sweeper to come. Their price is $210.00 ( *****the absolute cheapest I could find to come to Hope. All others wanted $150.00 + additional $150.00 to come to Hope :( ******) Their # is 604-792-7449 they are coming to my house that day!!!
