Can anyone recommend a good place for teenage girls to take self defense classes?
Carrie P.: http://batesons.ca/ My kids go here. Although they aren't teenagers, they have learned through their classes how to deal with bullies etc. If you're looking for a longer term commitment I wholeheartedly recommend them. They have some info on their website.
