Hi, I’m Elise. I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Curious by nature. I am the ‘nerd of awesome’! This has led me to accumulate a vigorous wealth of knowledge over the last fifteen years, all concentrated in body health. I began in the medical field working alongside doctors and specialists for 10 years. This gave me an extensive foundation and knowledge of anatomy and physiology. But I’ve always had this pull towards caring, loving and helping individuals to achieve wellness. Today, I blend both passions of caring and supporting people with my expertise leading them back to balance from a whole body perspective.
