Worst communication i've ever experienced. Would not respond to phone calls, e-mails or texts for days on end. Took two weeks to send lender choices. Lied multiple times saying we're approved, when the entire time we were not. Came up with every excuse under the sun. Some true, some not. If you can't handle a file, pass it on to someone who can.
