Wow!!! I cannot praise Roly, who took the time and walked me through some steps over the phone, free of charge, to test my fireplace, and offered to come to my house the same evening and fix the problem he had enough experience to diagnose right then! He was able to fix the problem quickly and was a consummate professional. The cost to me was extremely reasonable and he showed great kindness helping me so quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much!
