Reasonably priced pedicure that isn't an "Asian salon". Looking for more of a spa-type place.

Does anywhere in town offer a hair treatment ? Conditioning like a hair mask to rejuvenate hair. I am not looking for a new hairdresser whatsoever, looking for a place that offers a hair treatment to regain healthy hair.
