Alert Moving experience was perfect. they arrived on time or a little early. They got right to work and I wanted them to take some breaks but they worked continuously. I could not see any other moving company being more efficient than them. They did the complete move exactly as they had estimated. No damage no lost items.
Their quote was the most reasonable and I trust these guys and would recommend them to friends and family.

Sean, Wallace and Duece were over the top with their energy and willingness. To the point that I had to question if a task was in their job description.
From loading to unloading we felt very taken care of.

Their estimate and actual match almost perfectly. From sales to office to warehouse, the staff were friendly and helpful. The moving crew were fantastic, senses of humour, fast and efficient, and did not damage either of our homes. We also took advantage of 6-weeks of storage and that worked out perfectly. I for sure recommend Alert!

The service was excellent. They were always on time, handled my furnishings and important items with considerable care, wrapping many items with quilted blankets when appropriate. Friendly efficient service. I would recommend them from using their services 2 times.

Ty, Joe and Wallace were awesome. Even with a hiccup in the packing and delivery. They were quick, safe and professional.

Alert moving proved to be an exceptional moving company , from Meeting Travis the Sales Manager to moving crew. The 3 guys were fantastic. They all worked non stop as soon as they arrived to load and unload at our new home. They all had a great attitude and very pleasant to talk to.
They also communicated very well and ensured we were happy with everything.

Alert Movers. The 3 men that came were courteous,
quick, efficient and careful. Our move was completed faster than quoted and everything arrived safely, and nothing broken.

All the staff were very courteous and careful. They asked if they could do more things for me . They went over and beyond the service. I am very happy pleased. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the sale of my property.... they accomodated me as I had to put them all out and have my furnishings put into storage at their warehouse, then re-load later when there is an opening for them to move me to my new purchased property in West Kelowna. This has been very stressful to me under my circumstances but the gang have assisted me immensely.

Amazing team of professional movers. Careful,accommodating, friendly, outstanding,job that exceeded our expectations in every way. The completed cost came in less than the estimated quote. The team worked hard and got our four bedroom home loaded in one day and the delivered 350 km away and unloaded in one more day. All valuable furniture was carefully taken apart wrapped and then unwrapped and reassembled. No damage to anything. Highly recommended.

we had this company move us in 2017, and again this year May 2022. We didn't even shop around as this company was just wonderful with our first move we decided not to chance anyone else with this latest move. The crew were so friendly, very easy going & very patient with me as I decided what I wanted & where. The funny & nice clean jokes were abundant with the crew, so much fun. They work so hard, and are so neat & tidy. I wouldn't trust my move unless it was with this company. great job everyone!! We appreciate all the help you've given us!! The 3 brothers in this company are the best !!

Good experience apart from my falling down the stairs! (My own fault.) Luckily only a few puncture wounds, scraped knees, and bruised left arm and elbow from falling down on an office chair mat. The men arrived on time and were finished much sooner than I anticipated. I did have damage to two items that I have discovered so far. The foot on one side of my toaster/broiler/convection oven was broken, and I just found one corner of my "silver" framed bathroom mirror was impacted and a piece broken off. I was very happy that two men were able to come the day before and pack up the TV and components, stereo equipment, framed pictures, and the lamps. Helped me a lot. Thanks Rosalind

I've moved with this company two times and they also moved my mother. The movers are exceptional. Fast, friendly, careful, affordable and worth every penny. The movers are so hard working, and what a difficult job it is! I cannot say enough good things.

Alert Moving was professional on the phone and in booking speedy appointments. Travis attended to assess our items before Sean and Matt came to pack them with care. Travis worked quickly and efficiently, providing a full list and estimate for the packers. Sean and Matt were chatty, efficient and very respectful. They even worked through the weekend to ensure that our items made it to their destination with little delay. I would recommend Alert Moving to others who want to avoid that stressful portion of relocating.
