Need your help...can you guys recommend me a good mortgage broker? We want to buy a house but our bank said we will have to wait a year to be approved. We figured we can get approved sooner if we find good broker. TIA!!
Dianne F.: You can try Nathan Isherwood from Client First, he works out of Royal LePage's office on 224 th, #604-467-5000. I'm a realtor and I send a lot of my clients to him and he has come thru even for clients who I didn't think would ever get approved. Whether you use him or not, always use an independent mortgage broker versus your bank's mortgage people as the independent brokers work for you, not for a specific bank and they will have your best interest in mind where a bank person has the banks best interest in mind.

Does Any one know of a company that finds rental units for you.have a family member needing to find a house or town house in maple ridge but works all the time. Having a hard time finding a place by time he gets of work.there use to be companies that do that for you.
